Simulation

Predict, test and train inside intelligent virtual environments

Prediction

Simulate future scenarios using real data, behaviour models and dynamic environments.

Testing

Test systems, products and environments safely — including scenarios too risky or costly to recreate.

TRAINING

Train people and teams in realistic virtual environments designed for safe practice and skill mastery.

PROTOTYPING & CONFIGURATORS

Simulate and configure products or environments in real time — before anything is built.

DIGITAL TWINS

Live virtual replicas powered by real sensor and telemetry data for monitoring, insight and optimisation.

Case Study

Flight simulation

Overview

A client engaged our team to design a next-generation spacecraft concept using advanced simulation, visualization, and engineering workflows. What began as a collection of rough sketches was transformed into a functional simple flight simulation—capable of demonstrating Phase 1 basic flight behavior, with full flight-control integration planned for later phases.

Challenge

The client required more than aesthetic visuals they needed a credible, test-ready spacecraft model that could:

  • Simulate flight across multiple planetary environments.

  • Keep design, engineering, testing, and mission-planning teams aligned.

  • Enable rapid iteration and shared decision-making.

Traditional tools were too static and disconnected, making it difficult to unify concept art, physics modeling, and cross-disciplinary collaboration within a single ecosystem.

Solution

We delivered a fully integrated simulation pipeline that combined:

  • Concept art → 3D modeling → simple flight simulation development.

  • Physics-based flight simulation across varying gravity, atmosphere, terrain, and environmental conditions.

  • Collaborative mission-planning tools enabling real-time scenario evaluation.

  • High-fidelity visualization environments for cockpit views, environment passes, and animation previews.

Teams were able to explore, iterate, and validate ideas within a shared simulation and whiteboard workspace—dramatically improving clarity and accelerating decision cycles.

Impact

The spacecraft’s simple flight simulation was deployed at scale, enabling early testing and mission evaluation without the need for physical prototypes—reducing risk, shortening design cycles, and improving team alignment from concept to planning.
